I got these pills as an add on for joint health for my husband and grandmother. The pills don't have a taste or bad smell at all, my husband swears he can taste them when he burps but my grandmother says there's no after taste. Its hard to review an internal item but it seems to be helping with joint pain in their knees.I received this item at a discount in order to provide an honest review
