I use the semi permanent colors instead of the permanent one because they are so much nicer to the hair. Unfortunately for some reason most have been removed from the stores. My fav is Garnier Herbashine 400, and I have to keep getting it on line, desertcart has some. I plan to use this product in between coloring for a shine treatment. If you don't have gray to worry about, or just want a great shine/conditioner, this product is worth trying.
