But honestly, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I have always bought "branded blades" from well known DIY retailers or builders merchants, at significantly higher cost. But even the best blades eventually wear out - and Sod's Law says they'll always fail in the middle of an important job. It is so frustrating being in the middle of a project and your blade going blunt, without having a spare! But with this set of 50 assorted blades, you have plenty of spares to replace them when this happens - so no more trips to the shops half way through a job (time is money). I can't yet comment on the longevity of these blades, as I've only used one blade from the set so far - a Bi Metal one (just in case I hit a hidden nail), which had about 10 minutes' cutting time through medium hard wood. After 10 minutes' work the blade was still sharp and still cutting like new. These fit perfectly on my DeWalt multi tool with a quick release blade change, so swapping from one blade to another takes seconds. From now on, I will be keeping my expensive blades for those tough jobs where I really need a super hard wearing blade. For everything else, these will be my go-to blades.
