I like the fact that they pass enough current to just turn most cars over without waiting to charge the battery up. Also the twenty foot length allows me to pull up behind most small cars and jump them which is convenient if they are blocked on both sides and the front. There are some 25ft sets which might make the long reaches a little easier, but I believe these are a nice match between current and length. Amazon probably beat an equivalent set at the tool store by around 40% on cost as well. Replacement item received was worse then the first, with insulating sleeve torn and conductor exposed. Both cables posed an electrocution hazard due to exposed conductor.
