Lightweight but very thick which helps my balance and my joints while doing yoga poses. I love the colour and it doesn't slip or move about especially when I'm doing Hot Yoga or Yoga Tone which involves sweating all over the place! Comes with a carry strap for easy transport to and from classes. The top of the mat stays quite curled for the initial first couple of uses but soon rolls out after being used a few times. I weighed the end down with yoga blocks to speed up the flattening process. Very pleased with this purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Does everything it's supposed to do *by S***K on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 August 2020* When it arrived I just lied on it for a solid 10 mins because it was quite comfy.- Still hurts my tailbone when I'm doing leg raise claps or reverse crunches so I have to use a cushion for that.- When I'm doing plank jacks or things like that I can see the mat stretching a bit but it bounces back immediately.
