I bought this in hopes of it helping my dislocated sternoclavicle because my shoulders are rolling inward. The first day I used it for a few hours and it seemed ok, but after that it was rubbing my arm pits and did not help with pulling shoulders back. It does not allow me to get it tight enough. It doesn’t “make” me have good posture, I still have stand/sit straight up with shoulders back. If that makes sense. Female 5’7” and 125#
