It's not overpowering, but none the less quite subtle. Of all the Omega 3 supplements this is the only one I could find that had the Dr. recommended EPA / DHA amounts needed for a healthy recovery. Hopefully after a few more days of taking these the burpees will go away and I won't notice it anymore. So for now, I'm rating a 3 of 5.
