I contacted the seller and they were more than happy to help me and send a new piece, but they sent the exact same thing we already had that still did not fit. I use this in teaching anatomy to Yoga teachers and therapists as well as to educate my Yoga therapy clients. It is a great tool and has a wonderful chart accompanying it to point out all the important anatomy front and back and really helps people understand the relationship of the sciatic nerve to the piriformis and other musculature. Highly recommended.
