Lots of very clear, close-up colour pictures to accompany the explanation, which again, I prefer compared to the videos. OK, there are a few minor grammatical errors in the text but hey, English isn't the author's first language and since I wouldn't be able to write a book in English (leave alone another language) who am I to complain? This is a really good resource and I'm sure it will help me to build upon my skills in all sorts of garments (not just activewear). I'd also like to add that this paperback book is a lovely size and weigh, easy to handle and feels really nice to hold.
