The heat lamp arrived well-packed, with all parts. The included instructions are mostly useless, but have a QR code that you can follow for assembly instructions online. Why not just have the assembly instructions included? Seems like a strange choice, but ok. Lamp went together easily and feels reasonably solid for what it is. The range of motion of the head as actually pretty good, allowing me to position it easily so it targets pretty much any area of my body. My two main complaints are: 1. The design of the lamp head attachment is awful. This needs to be completely reworked as it is difficult to tighten securely so that the lamp head doesn't flop forward. 2. My lamp will occasionally turn off even though it has power, and the "on" light flashes. It appears that this is some sort of fail-safe shut off, although there is nothing documented about this condition in the instructions. I've found that fully turning it off and back on usually fixes this issue.
