We called the company and they shipped them out that day for free. During install we lost a decorative bolt so I called them again and again, they sent them out immediately for free. So grateful to be able to work with a company that answers your phones calls with a real person. This track has worked very well for our enormous doors. They slide smoothly and it seems very sturdy. The only negative that I can think of is that some of the paint along the top of the track has chipped off (and I think it might just be because we installed the metal wheels and our doors are extra heavy), but that isn’t an issue for us because you can’t see it. In this exaple the distance between the wall and the inside of your inner door is 3/4" I hope this helps you out. **Q: I need to hang 4 shutters on a track. Can the roller hardware be purchased seperately? I dont need 2 tracks.** A: Yes you can purchase rollers separately. After the order is placed, you would need to call the office for the additional purchase. **Q: What size rail for a 10ft opening (for a closet) 120" wide and what size door should I use** A: I would contact the manufacture. You have to calculate the over lap of the two doors where they meet in the middle. I built my own doors and it took a bit of calculating to get it right. But i can say the product is well built and sturdy **Q: Can you add soft-close attachment to this double door hardware?** A: TBH I was not sure what this was so I watched a video. I think you can except I do not see it working with the "overlapping" door so that might defeat what you are trying to accomplish. There is a piece of hardware for the soft close to work that has to be connected to the top of each door that essentially travels directly under the track (at least in the video I watched). The top of the "overlapping" door does not travel directly under the track as you can see from the hardware to accomplish this bypass process. With a single bypass track only the "rear" door could be soft closing. You would need a double track bypass door to accomplish both doors being soft close.
