It looked used. I ended up keeping it and it's been working fine. The pump has adjustable speeds setting. Unlike other skimmer that go up and down with the water, this won't. You will have to add more water to the tank or lower the skimmer. It does look better them most of the skimmer and cheaper then the ADA one. I use a tiny floss filer before the sponge filter to clean the water. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/142422004-aquarium-stainless-steel-skimmer-surface-oil-skimmer-filter-for-aquarium](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/142422004-aquarium-stainless-steel-skimmer-surface-oil-skimmer-filter-for-aquarium) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-11*
