I have both, which is why I looked into a supplement like this with ingredients that actually contribute to increasing dopamine. I’m also on ADHD medication, which allows the brain to uptake dopamine more easily, but doesn’t actually encourage an increase in dopamine production.Not only has using this supplement improved my mood, I feel like it even takes the edge off the side effects of my meds that enhance my anxiety.I’m not a medical professional at all. This is all just my own research and personal experience. It may not work for everyone but it definitely works for me.WARNING: If you’re going to stop taking it, I recommend tapering it off. I noticed I crash a bit if I stop taking it suddenly.
