Which of these is for sale here?** A: It has 1 fan **Q: Does it come with pre-applied thermal paste?** A: No tube **Q: How would you rate the noise levels?** A: It can get loud when CPU is under heavy load and working hard. Under normal use you don't notice the noise so much. For the price I am happy with the noise level. If you are looking for a quiet cooler may be try one with more fans which will compensate with lower fan spin. **Q: We’ve installed this in my daughter pc without an rgb header, but it doesn’t light up and there is no switch included as per the description here?** A: Not sure if this will help. But, had similar problem where heatsink did not light up after installation.
