Keep in mind they are all small (about 2 or 3 inches), so they have parts that swing away. Optimus is the easiest to transform and the gray car is the hardest. The rest of them transform in 3-4 steps. They are knockoffs so Optimus is not named Optimus and Bumblebee has a different name, but they seem to keep my gransdon busy for several hours. **Q: What makes these particular for boys? Is there a boys only rule for transformers?** A: I gave one to my little boy and one to my little girl. My daughter liked getting something like her brother, but she doesn’t really play with it. THESE toys were his absolute FAVORITE!! They are small and are fully posable and transformable, but the joints do come apart very easily. His mother just super glued it all back together but he sleeps with them and takes them everywhere he goes.
