I was pleased to find this is satin on BOTH sides. This comforter is perfect and easy to machine wash and dry. It is very practical for people with pets and comfortable too! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Silky but it SEAMS not a lot of care went into its making *by M***4 on Reviewed in the United States on November 24, 2019* I really wanted to be able to rate this higher - although I'm not giving it a 5 star, I would still recommend it to a friend if they were looking for a cheap but silky blanket and were not too concerned with it being obvious that it wasn't expensive. The sewing in some areas (okay maybe most if not all of the seams around the outer edge) is atrocious, threads sticking out, serious puckering of the fabric all around the edges, if you hold the outer edge taut some fabric sticks above the seam. The 3rd pic I believe shows this - the seam starts flush (definitely not smooth though), then dips and then fabric is protruding above the seam and it's A LOT THINNER than it is portrayed BUT this is pretty from a distance and silky to the touch. I don't regret my purchase considering the cost, but it did leave something to be desired. ### ⭐⭐ Started pilling after only 3 washes *by D***E on Reviewed in the United States on July 20, 2019* So the order took a little long like almost 2 or 3 weeks.But when I got my blanket, I was sooooooo super happy.It was super soft and silky.I gave it 10 stars at first, but then after washing it 3 times, it started pilling and started having this annoying sandy filling.My last satin blanket never pilled at all, and I had that blanket for like 5 or 6 years. This blanket started pilling after only 3 washes.
