Use weight on top  CHEESECLOTH: Use the grade unbleached 50 cheesecloth to remove excess water from cheese, tofu and paneer  EASY TO CLEAN and CARE: Dishwasher safe. The steel could have residue from polishing at the factory. We recommend to clean it with warm soapy water before the first use. Wipe it clean after each washing to avoid any corrosion  SIZE: 5.4 x 2.4 inches (Refer to image 2)  Please be advised that the steel could have residue from the polishing done at the factory, especially around the holes. This is not rust. Please wash the product thoroughly with warm soapy water before the first use, that should take care of if any residue.
