I liked the height tree and because of the large bed at the top. I knew it would go well in front of my window without blocking the view out the window. And my cats are a little chonky so I wanted the extra room in the bed at the top. I liked it so much that just bought a second one to put in front of an upstairs window. It is very sturdy but is also light weight because the sides of both cubbies are fabric and not wood. It is not obvious from the online pictures that the cubby sides are fabric, so I thought it would be all wood and be heavy to move. But it's not, and I really like that. Very happy with this purchase.
