I like this little apparatus, you could call it. It’s very light. I can’t say that at my current strength that I feel my core engaging. It does however cause you to flex and tighten your entire arm and shoulder, as well as your legs/hips when pulling your lower half up. It could be a pretty good tool to help you gain over all tone and certainly strength. Can wait to see if I’m sore tomorrow! Edit: VERY SORE abs the next day! Amazing that it felt really low impact and I still for these results.
