Review: Perfect - Simple to use and great quality. I have elderly relatives who find using electronic devices confusing and don't use mobile phones, emails or social media. Once the videos are uploaded all they need do is open the device like any greeting card and they are instantly viewed. I have also used one to record reassuring video messages and reminders for my Mum who suffers from dementia. She can view the messages whenever she becomes anxious about forgetting something. It has had amazing results and never leaves her side
Review: Good in general but color is not completely right - I like this product, and it worked reliably for me, all photos and videos played well, no glitches. The only thing I struggled with - the color of the pictures/videos appears wrong, quite pale, washed out, blue-ish, much cooler color temperature than it is on my PC screen. Had to modify photos (make them abnormally bright and "warm") to compensate for this product's screen performance and make the pictures look as they are supposed to. Not sure if it's something wrong with the piece that I have, or it's the problem with the frame in general.

**Q: What video formats does it work for?**
A: The standard format like MP4, 3GP, AVI.RMVB, rm and so on.

**Q: Is the card itself blank or does the seller print on it per order?**
A: They supply you with 4 blank self adhesive A5 stickers to print your own image on then you apply to the front and back covers.  Hope that helps.

**Q: How do you download videos onto this ? No instructions**
A: I was able to connect this device like a normal flash drive and copy-paste the MP4 video file with my slideshow to it directly from PC. I only had trouble discovering the photo frame at first because I used my own mini-USB cable, then I tried the one that was enclosed in the package, and it worked.

**Q: Does this also show photos? Will it play them in a slideshow?**
A: The Video greeting card is for playing the video only. It doesn't support images format. But you can make the photo set into a slideshow and make it into a video format, then you can use it.

I like this product, and it worked reliably for me, all photos and videos played well, no glitches.
