Most hotels in Europe and some in Asia don’t have a coffee maker in the room . Worked as advertised for making instant coffee and a good size for travel. You do have to be careful with setting the voltage switch to 120 (USA) or 240 for Europe. There was a lot of scaling on the heater surface - this was expected but could have been reduced with a higher grade stainless steel.
