### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was impressed right out of the box!!

I was impressed right out of the box. This product looked pristine and elegant for my master bath. At install, there were no problems what so ever. I followed the easy to read and understand directions to the letter. I removed my old leaking shower head and cleaned the threads of the shower arm coming out of the wall. I am in a new home of only 3 years so the build up of thread tape was not a problem. I connected the "metal" hose (yes, it is metal and hangs perfectly without sticking out like my old plastic one) and then connected the holder to the shower arm. Take your time, as per directions, to make sure your rubber washers are properly seated and you will have no leaks. I got it installed in less than 10 minutes and then came the test, I turned on the water. There was not one leak at any of the 3 connection points. I was thrilled beyond belief. I have installed 3 different shower heads in my master bath and they all leaked. If you buy a shower head with a separate hand held shower head, the weight of the hand held causes the support holder to spin when you put the hand held back in the holder, thus leading to a leak. This hand held shower head is all you need. It's a shower head and hand held all in one and fits in it's holder at the very front of your shower arm coming out of the wall. The holder will pivot to allow you to aim the hand held at the proper angle to suit your needs. If you can't get the ball joint to pivot, simply loosen the large nut that holds the ball joint in place. Be sure to tighten the nut back when you have freed the ball joint. As the instructions state, there are no tools required for this install. Everything is hand tightened and be sure not to over tighten or you will put too much pressure on your rubber washers. The rubber washers are important to having no leaks. Pipe tape is not required.

I've been buying this for many years now, for myself, for family members. It's a great shower head and really good quality\value! I remove the little piece that reduces water pressure. The instructions used to tell you how to do that but don't anymore. However, its still very easy to remove.

I was looking for a handheld shower head to bathe my baby that would match my expensive satin nickel solid metal pieces. When I opened the box I was very happy as the shower head and the bracket were the perfect color and matched perfectly. The hose was a bit shinier, more like chrome. The problem is that both the bracket and shower head are plastic so I do not know how long this will last. The hose is all metal, so it drapes nicely and sits flush against the wall (plastic hoses tend to stick out). The bracket did leak at first, I had to redo the plumbers tape and mess with the washer three times to get the leak to stop. The pause button is nice but doesn't stop the flow completely, just lowers the flow a bit. It also drips a few drops of water from the bracket. Probably from the pressure backing up.Overall, it's not very expensive and you can tell when you hold it in your hand. But from afar it looks very nice.Pros:-Quick hand install with no tools needed-Everything needed is included, even the plumbers table (roll it on clockwise)-Satin nickel color on plastic pieces matches metal perfectly-Strong water pressure with several different streams, even one soft enough to wash a baby-Lightweight so you won't bang your head if you drop it-Pause button lowers the water flow enough so you can set it down on the bathtub without it flying around and spraying water everywhere-Hose is all metal-Looks expensive from afarCons:-Plastic bracket and shower head not likely to last as long as if they were metal-Top piece on bracket is an ugly gray color instead of satin nickel color-You have to take out the washer and adjust it several times to get the leaks to stop-Leaks a bit when the Pause button is on-Pause button does not stop flow, just lowers it (I've included a photo of the flow with and without the pause button on)-Hose is chrome finish so it doesn't match the shower head or bracket-Hose is not long enough to allow you to rest the shower head on the bathtub when washing baby, you have to let it hangIf I had paid more for it, I would return it. For what I paid, it will do for now.
