It is very soft and can be handled safely by a child at any age. It is a good size at 12 inches. It does not make any sounds and is not bendable. It is appropriate for any age. Also, I think it would be great for a senior citizen as a comforting companion. It is appropriately named "Flopsie" because it is not stiff and is very huggable. I would consider it a very safe toy for any age. There are more "Flopsie" stuffed animals to choose from and they are all adorable.

Kid review: The plush bull is great. It is 12 inches and 30 centimeters long. Just like they advertised. So that’s good. The quality is perfect and is very cute. Also it's a good sleeping buddy.
