Helps with emptying his bladder - it was hard to convince him to take any supplements, but he absolutely won't go a day without taking this. Our customers report they are very easy to swallow. If you happen to find any capsules difficult to swallow you can empty the capsule contents in water (or anything else, a smoothie!) and drink.
