Soap suds wash off quickly, my whole body is getting sluiced off in no time and it's WARM all over.I saw some concerns about the arm being a bit wobbly in some reviews. If that's the case, try doing up the allen wrench hole in the wall-end of the arm (it's a left-hand thread btw, so lefty-tighteny...) and then attaching it. Mine is completely stable and really usefully adjustable - a great device in and of itself.Bottom line - this is a superb purchase and worth every penny (and then some). It came with two rolls of teflon tape, two washers,three filter washers (one in shower head and two extra), three extra replaceable silicone jets (nozzles), anda double sided wrench which is perfect for installation. Wow, nothing else to buy. Simple instructions areincluded if you're not handy. One hundred white silicone jets or nozzles (which seem to be replaceable)protrude from the 8" square chrome stainless steel shower head. The silicone nozzles can be cleaned bygently rubbing to remove lime and mineral deposits. My wife was absolutely thrilled with this product.Five stars for sure (more if it were possible). By the way, if there are any problems with this product theseller lists his Email address for immediate satisfaction. As a final note, there are no leaks or drips fromany joints. Great Shower Head.
