At this point, I’m a veteran micro needler! I’ve used countless rollers, and have definite opinions on what makes a safe and quality roller. First, and most important, STAINLESS STEEL NEEDLES! Even at this finer, cosmetic length, it’s important that you not have little flakes of metal coating peeling from a cheaply and poorly made roller where they may become embedded in your skin causing irritation or infection. Individual points, as opposed to a textured sheet or roll ensure that each needle is straight and sharp so that it can create functional channels in skin rather than tearing or ripping at it. The needles need to be evenly spaced and even lengths with each point firmly secured. The handle should be sturdy, with the roller head securely held but allowed smooth movement. All of this should arrive in a sanitary, sealed pouch that includes a protective case so that stored rollers won’t be subject to needle damage. Also, since not everyone has been sticking needles in their face regularly forever (HA!) clear directions on using the roller as well as cleaning, sanitizing and storing it should be included.The only, and I mean ONLY, place this roller didn’t get an exemplary grade was in the directions for using the roller on skin. Even then, it isn’t a huge discrepancy for a cosmetic roller meant to exfoliate and aid absorption through temporary channels in the skins surface. I follow and trust the newer guidelines to rolling skin, which have done away with going in a diagonal motion after passing up/down, left/right. With larger, medical grade needles the diagonal motion will pulverize the center of the pattern and create potential for lasting damage to the skin. This isn’t as large a worry with these smaller, finer rollers, but I still prefer the safety of following the new guidelines where the instructions with this roller adhere to the old.Aside from that, everything about this roller is fantastic! It’s attractive, and attractively packaged in secure and sanitary measures. The roller looks and feels solid, with clean and even needles spaced nicely to encourage optimal pressure and performance. The needles look like precision formed stainless steel points, with no sign of any potentially dangerous coating applied to them. They are firmly secured to the roller, which moves smoothly and freely. I was able to quickly and cleanly roll my face, easily achieving an uniformly flush, freshly channeled surface for my product.The provided case is standard and sufficient. After throughly cleaning my roller and allowing it to dry, I safely stowed it til the next time, where the roller once again performed beautifully.I definitely recommend this roller to anyone, veteran or newbie, as an attractive and well made tool at a great price. The price and value are as important as the rest, here. Similar quality rollers that I’ve had retail for much more, which discourages users from safely replacing their rollers regularly to avoid damage from dulling needles and bacterial build up that can cause rash and infection. At this price, you can feel good about being safe and ensuring the maximum results from your carefully chosen, perhaps pricey skincare regimen!

I have to say, I was skeptical. However, my sister-in-law recommended this and I bought it. After only two days of using this micro needling tool TWO DAYS! I already see significant improvement in my skin texture and clarity. I am blown away. I just ordered a second one to keep on hand in case anything happens to the one I currently have. It comes in a clear plastic case. Once I open the case, I pour some rubbing alcohol in the case cover. I roll the derma roller in the alcohol, shake off the excess and let it air dry before proceeding to apply to my face. Once I am finished, I roll it in the rubbing alcohol again shake off the excess, let it air dry, and return it to the case. I pour out the used alcohol from the lid, then close and cover the container. I have been using it in the evening after I cleanse my skin. I then apply coconut oil to my face when I am done. In the morning, the redness is gone and it is just so amazing to see the results. Highly recommend!

Welp, I used this roller on Friday and Sunday night. Today is Monday morning. Friday night was my 1st time ever using a roller. I did not apply pressure, I just rolled it back and forth making sure I got my dark marks and acne. I also covered my under eye bags. After, used black caster oil and a retinol product from Admire My Skin that I purchased from amazon as well. The next morning, I noticed the difference immediately. My skin looked plumper, felt softer and smoother, and my under eye bags were deflated. I'll continue to use this product every two days for about a month, may 3 weeks... then I'm planning on replacing the roller before the needles get dull and rust on me. So far so good. Is very painful to use, I’m hoping the pain makes a difference

I have suffered from acne since I was 15, for the past 5 years. I went on accutane and my skin cleared completely but I was left with scars from years of picking at my face. I tried a lot of creams, home remedies, and oils to try and reduce the appearance of my scars, but nothing seemed to work. I had heard of dermarolling and researched it a little bit but was afraid since I have such sensitive skin that it would break me out or make the scars look worse. I used this product for the first time THREE DAYS ago and I already see results! The roller does not hurt or bother me when I use it on my face, it does leave a little redness at first but my skin feel plump and smooth and when I wake up the next morning, I noticed the scares looked a lot less noticeable already. I feel so relieved that I found this little tool! It makes my skin so soft and looked so much healthier, only after two uses!!!
