It was a new product at the time so I was skeptical but liked the idea that a dermatologist created the line. We both used it and I have to say it was by far the best baby products I've come across. My friend told me she found on Amazon and reordered it. So I went on Amazon to reorder one of the products and found this box again. I double checked with my dermatologist and another doctor before ordering and all the products are 100% safe for me and my children. I love this line and everything I've tried so far. It does what it says, and feels amazing on your children's skin as well as mine. The baby butter and ointment are a must. And my 6 year old will not use any other wash because it does not irritate his eyes. I would definitely recommend this to any new mom or mom that is tired of trying products that do not do what they say. It only masks the symptoms while affecting the body’s system that makes cortisol, a hormone produced by the adrenal cortex that helps regulate metabolism, blood sugar, and the immune system.FACT: The Baby Pibu website displays the “Accepted” seal from the National Eczema Association, but it only applies to a select few of Baby Pibu products. It does not apply to Rash Relief, and the NEA directly states, “Topical hydrocortisone products should not be used on anyone under the age of 2 years.”FACT: Baby Pibu is the first American company to produce, promote, sell, and profit from selling topical steroids for babies.FACT: Way back in 1979, Dr. Albert M. No thanks. *by P***Y on Reviewed in the United States on October 17, 2014* It's interesting to see that this product is back on sale after Pibu removed it due to a number of bad reviews.The product is marketed as an ideal baby shower gift, but contains a steroid cream that should only be used under doctors supervision.The dangers of steroid creams are well documented and include skin thinning, cataracts, HPA axis suppression and blood vessel damage. It is unlikely that parents receiving this kit as a gift will realise how dangerous the cream is, or think to consult a doctor before use.The whole concept of this product is ill-advised. Including a medication, even with instructions, is dangerous and has the potential for misuse.
