They gave me a free replacement that did! *by J***E on May 19, 2015* Update 05-23-2015 and 06-1-2015 see at bottom of review.Original review: I thought this would be a great alternative to the official charging cable that came with my Fitbit Charge HR. I mean, how hard can it be to design a cable that works, right? Well, apparently, its harder than you would think. This cable looks almost identical to the official version. There is one problem though: When I connected it to my fitbit, the display would flash rapidly on and off as if I was inserting and removing the cable really fast or something. The poor fitbit would try to accept the charge and would show a resetting charging display over and over, but it was clear that this cable is not working properly. I tried multiple power sources and computer usb ports (including several that work with the official cable). I tried seating and reseating the cable on both ends. I tried cleaning the connection points. Nothing worked. I'm pretty sure prolonged exposure to this cables "dirty power" would cause long term damage to my fitbit investment so I have no choice but to send this thing back and seek the expensive official cable. I would be willing to try another cable and revise my review if the seller sent me a replacement. But as it stands right now, I cant recommend this product.UPDATE: I will say, the company, (Henoda) has excellent customer service. They immediately refunded my purchase and are sending a replacement. I will update my review once I have tested the replacement product.UPDATE 2: The replacement cord I received seems to be working properly. I will say, I am impressed with their customer service. They did not hesitate to refund and/or replace the cord so there is little risk to trying this one first to see if it will work for your needs. I've changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars since this new cord seems to work fine. I'll report back if I experience any trouble with the new cord. I suspect that the little pins in the end of the cord might be sensitive, so I would make sure to be gentle with them.UPDATE 3 (06-01-2015): I've charged a few times with this product now and the replacement they sent me has continued to work as expected. I would say at this point, with their customer service, there is little risk to trying this cord out. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect replacement for lost cable *by S***E on May 14, 2015* After losing my Charge HR for almost a month.... then finding it, and discovering the charger got lost in the process - it was difficult to find a replacement quickly. I missed my FitBit!After emailing my office of 300 people and getting 6 responses from people who had different FitBit devices (every one is different. shame on FitBit make them all micro-usb) - and visiting Best Buy who doesn't carry the charging cables - I took a chance since this was available through Prime.It works just like the original and came way quicker than FitBit could have delivered. After reading other reviews, I decided to go looking for this charger replacement in Best Buy because at least it would come from Fitbit. However, my local Best Buy was sold out and it was $19.99. So I broke down and purchased this charger.I can say this. I was absolutely satisfied. I see no difference in this replacement charger than from the original one. I initially had some issues getting it plugged into my Charge HR. I was almost concerned that it wasn't going to fit. Once I got it in, it went to charging immediately. My Fitbit Charger HR was fully charged in the same amount of time that it would have taken the original charger.
