I like the ease of opening my door but it doesn’t work in the winter time. When it gets cold outside the batteries die and the door knob isn’t functional. I had to install a second lock so I can lock my door in the winter time. I bought the most expensive batteries I could find thinking it would help but it didn’t. This one is useless because it can’t take the cold. Waste of money. No fingerprint reader on mine. The key passes didn’t work at all. The app is super difficult to get to work. Not easy to install. Once it was connected to the app though, sometimes the app would unlock it and sometimes it wouldn’t. Sometimes it will tell me that the lock didn’t exist. And it didn’t matter how close I was to it. After about two weeks, I did send it back because during the day when the sun is shining directly at my door, the keypad has a flare so I couldn't see it, and the handle was almost impossible to touch.
