Review: I'm addicted! - I sometimes crave something salty and crunchy, but I'm allergic to MSG and although most chips don't have it I don't like the greasiness of chips. I usually buy a small bag of Cheetos because it has less MSG than other brands, but then Pirate's Booty Pirate's Booty, Aged White Cheddar, 1-Ounce Bags (Pack of 24) appeared as an desertcart.com Lightning Deal and I decided to try them because it's the first chees snack product I've found that has NO MSG. It was delivered well within the specified time frame, and the box was intact. I know some reviewers stated the puffs were stale but mine are fresh and crunchy, and the outdate isn't until Nov. 13, 2013. They're very crunchy and the texture is nothing like a rice cake. I was surprised at the little different taste; there's a little added pepper that gives the cheesy crunch a little bite. I don't like spicy foods, and this adds just a little tang that isn't overwhelming.
