The strings intertwine easily (to leave gaps large enough for flies to pass through) and, if you're not careful, they gather around the plastic beads to create knots. I made the great mistake of folding the curtain (albeit carefully) after its last use and it has taken over an hour of patient untangling before it could be hung in the door - where the light breeze is now re-tangling it nicely... Perhaps I just bought the wrong one. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lovely *by L***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 August 2021* I bought these for my new summerhouse as I didn’t want heavy curtains but needed something at the windows and door. They look fabulous. Great that I could just cut to length I needed too! When the sun catches the jewels they look even better! An added bonus is that they keep the insects out when we gave the door open.
