"you need to stand up straight" or "quit slouching" or one of my favorites is. "You are 3 inches shorter with that hunch-back of yours. Why don't you stand up straight?" Those are just some quotes I have heard from people referring to my slouch/ hunch-back. I feel I have slowly developed a slight hunch-back from working at the computer more hours then I should allow . After putting this posture brace on.I have noticed that I have much better posture while I am wearing this brace, but I feel that once I take it off that my back goes back into slouch mode.That maybe be cause I only started using this brace or maybe that is all it is good for. Had lumbar area fused, but kyphosis, well they ran out of time working on lower back, so that area is catching up to me when standing and walking. I like the product. Some just deal with shoulders only. This comes down to waist which gives better support to the upper back, actually supports the entire back. Also I like the straps being so easily adjustable without removing the brace. Very adjustable on the go. It is warm around the waist, but then I do sweat easily. Happy with the product.
