Received the stand within a day even though I selected two-day shipping. Great timing just before the new years! Assembly was fairly straight forward. Then the bad news: I was just about ready to put the last parts together when I noticed that the top glass stand (piece #9), one of the holes where the screws go into, was TOO BIG! Unbelievable. The screw basically just slides in the hole and falls out because the hole is much too big! Talk about such a heart breaker when you are near 90% complete and ready to put the TV on only to discover such a mishap by the manufacturer! To make matters worst, it is the holiday weekend and Z-Line is closed for vacation. Great so this stand I purchased specifically for my NYE's party will have to wait probably a week or two before seeing the new part arrive. I'm in disbelief as I have read all the great reviews about this product. Talk about such a amateur mistake here! I will be calling Z-Line whenever they open (at least let the customers know when your hours and days of operation are on the prerecorded line!)UPDATE: So I finally got the stand up and running (just bought a new one and returned the old one). Put my 72lb LED LCD on the stand and it looks beautiful. except one problem. the tempered glass piece that the tv lies on looks like it's slightly bending in the center as well as leaning forward. why? that is because there is no support in the center. it's hard to believe the manufacturer advertises this stand with a 150lb capacity when at 71 lbs it looks like its about to tip over. the only thing supporting the weight of the tv are two little screws placed in the back. TWO SCREWS!? do you really want to risk your $2k-3k TV or a 300 dollar stand? Assembly is a bit challenging with alignment off in a couple areas. When it first arrived, the top glass was totally shattered. Was clearly evident when box was first lifted. Why delivery rep actually left it is ridiculous. Called Z-line customer service and told them of condition of shipment. They were courteous and professional responding with an immediate shipment of glass replacement. I am happy with overall outcome and the product looks great plus easily handling a 65” tv and soundbar. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Good looking, lacking wall mount *by G***N on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on August 22, 2010* The product is very nicely designed and easy to assemble. Looks great, which is why we picked it in the first place, however we mistook it to have an integrated wall mount (the photo is not very clear) which is really the way to go with a 55" TV and were disappointed to see it was not the case.
