Hot water/tea actually tastes clean and fresh! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It DOES work! *by E***L on April 10, 2021* To be honest, I was a bit scared to use this product because I saw some reviews that said there was a lot of foam and that some of the foam even came out of the boiler's lid. I was worried about that because I didn't want it to get damaged. I was also a bit worried that the product might not get rid of the slight mineral build-up (a bit of hard brown/reddish looking stain) that was on the bottom of the boiler. Certainly, my boiler did not look like some of what the other reviewers have since the water in my city is quite soft. I followed the instructions carefully such as making sure to use a warm cup of water and mix the citrus acid powder together. I poured the mixture into the boiler and filled it up with water. I made sure to use the "cleaning" option (you can do that by holding down the reboil button for a few seconds). You should see two lights blinking and the tiny display screen should show two lines going around in a square. Pretty much this should take almost two hours to complete. I just poured the water out once the lights stopped blinking (I think you can let it soak if you want) and refilled the boiler with fresh water. After the it's done boiling, you just need to dispense a cup of two of water from the appliance and throw out the water again. Then you fill up the boiler one last time, boil it, and you're done! I hope it works for you!
