She's been using it for decades and I think she has feelings for it ashah.About the product itself: it's super easy to use it, cleans very well and can make 2 perfect espressos!!!Also, I suggest you use it with Lavazza coffee if you're really in for an italian experience! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good with practice *by T***O on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 June 2020* I have numerous sizes of these pots and each had served well.Many reviews I have read seem to be from people who do not quite understand how to properly use one.Do not use the handle to tighten the thread, use a low heat and remove the pot from the heat as soon as it starts to gurgle and cool the lower half with water to stop brewing.Pre-boiled water prevents over heating of the grounds so is recommended.And wash the pot after each use.
