The brush has a nice, clean design, easily understood and comfortable to use. That said, the battery life didn't start out as all that great, and seems to have diminished over the time I've had it. Expect to recharge the brush before each use. The control buttons seem more temperamental now, and about a third of the rubberized brush tips have broken off in normal use. The brush seems to have been engineered to meet a low price point, and just seems to be showing an inordinate amount of wear and tear considering how infrequently I use it. Easy to use and does what my husband needs. Wish the battery life lasted longer. He rides a motorcycle to and from work. So he needs it once in morning and another after work. But the battery doesn't want to last all day so he needs to bring the charger with him all the time. The USB charging port makes it very easy to charge and keep ready to use. The coated bristles glide through the beard hair with no tugging and works very well. The heat is adjustable easily up to 180 degrees.
