Listing says 2" thick; reviews say 1" thick ??** A: The circle opening is 4" diameter. The thickness of the pillow is 2". FYI, I found that an airplane neck pillow (a very squishy one) works better because the center opening is bigger, the whole pillow is bigger to support your whole head and it is thicker on one side which makes the section by your ear less invasive. **Q: Is there a pillow case available for this item?** A: I don't know because I returned this item--it was too large for my needs.
