Review: Horrible. Makes your ears sweat. - Absolutely hated them. I'm a light sleeper and needed something to block out washer/dryer and dishwasher noises. These things do not hold their shape well and fall out bc they make your ears sweaty af. You're better off using those cheap foam ones from the dollar store.
