Review: No problems - Vifon is a good product for congee. 10 cents per package above local seller
Review: Congee whenever you want it. - I love congee. I use more water than you would expect when making this porridge, the rice will continue to absorb and I like a loose congee and not an oatmeal consistency. I usually add some thinly sliced Vidalia onion, some cilantro and if I have any leftover protein I will slice it thin and add it. I also like a splash of sesame oil and a dash of soy sauce. These are fine plain and easy to enhance. They make an excellent filling snack and is easy to carry with you. You can use water from a coffee/hot water dispenser to make this when you travel. I like both the chicken and the beef. I haven't tried the other flavors so have no opinion on them. I also like Vifon rice noodle package soups, both in the ramen shape bag and in the bowl. Enjoy

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How obvious are the leeks/onions in this?**
A: I don’t like leeks or onions at all and I love this stuff. Thought they were green onions but they’re so small I can’t tell. The oil and chicken are the strongest flavors. Love this stuff! (After the video I cover and let it set)

**Q: is this the 50 bags or just 6 bowls like one reviewer said?**
A: It’s 50 bags. Each is a small bowls. Been eating on these for weeks.

**Q: Is the calories per bag based on 50g or 100g?
Because I have never ever seen a nutrition facts label that assumes more than what's included in bag.**
A: Calories based on 50 grams of contents in bag, after adding water it becomes 100 grams is my guess.
