I work in IT for a one of the largest consulting companies in the world and a different for fortune 100 company so my hours are long and the are always infront of a screen. before this i would leave the office with migraines at least weekly but some sort of eye strain or headache daily. these really make a difference. they cut the glare and reduce harsh blue lights so you have no more strain and no more pain. i can stare at a screen for hours (10+ hours is my daily average) and it feels like was just reading a book for a couple of minutes. it is night and day. even my friend who had no complaints in the eye strain category noticed a significant improvement in his visual comfort. these are also the perfect size. they look great on my large oval/round head and my head is huge (on my head shaved bald, the one size fits all snap back hat has to be connected at only TWO points. so i have a big cranium but im a big dude so its fine) if it were even a centimeter smaller it would be too small but its perfect for me and my ex girlfriend who is 5'2 and 90 pounds (i.e. shes basically a chihuahua) looks super sexy in them too. these are about the perfect size for 99% of people. But more importantly, they dont have nearly as much yellowish hue so I wear them to work and in conduct meetings and presentations and dont look like a scrub at all. TL:DR Great build, great fit, solved all issues. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Help with bright screens in dim environments at night *by B***N on August 16, 2016* I bought these because I was spending more time looking at screens at night and the researching regarding the bluelight emitted from screens suggests this can damage your sleep cycle dramatically. And since I've been having trouble sleeping, well, time to combat the problem. Do they work? Hard to say. It's too early to determine if my behavioral changes are going to be altered by the bluelight being blocked. However, I can say they make the screen brightness more pleasant and tolerable. This is a win in my book and I continue to use them. How are the glasses? They sit nicely on my face. They don't slip or wiggle much. The plastic feels sturdy enough. The lens are clear and give everything a soothing yellow tint. You forget about this tint until you take them off and the world does look very blue. What's the catch? These aren't high-end frames and as such they do not have any anti-glare coatings or other bells. This means light may be reflected off them and can create glare in your field of vision. How tolerable this effect is will completely depend on your environment. Overall, I'm enjoying using these at my computer and while using my phone during the evening. I do not require any prescription glasses or readers, so this is based upon the model with no magnification. I use them when watching videos, reading the internet, and playing video games.
