As in, drink alot of water the day before, dont have any lotion on..?** A: I drink 3 liters of water per day the day of and two days after. I shower, exfoliate the area I'm treating (belly) and make sure the area is dry. Apply wrap and wrap with cellophane. I wear overnight-about 8-9 hours. Boy do i regret purchasing this... first of all it was very annoying how it would not stick on to your skin properly, the corners kept on peeling off. So therefor you cannot really sit down with it because it wil wrinkle and most likely come off. So that was that, then i wanted to wear it for an hour like instructions say but it also says to wear overnight for better results. I couldn’t keep it on for too long because i started feeling itchy, so i wore for about maybe 3 hours. I took it off and i was so worried because of how irritated my skin was, i’m super itchy that it almost burns. It is SO uncomfortable!!!! I can’t atop scratching and my skin looks bumpy, pictures don’t show how red it looks in person. It’s day two, I’ve applied a cream.. i just want the irritation to go away :( maybe i have sensitive skin because i did not see anyone having problems like me or maybe i bought a defect one i don’t know.. Edit: It has been 3 days and i basically have a rash, redness and the itchyness does not go away!!
