Her narrowing esophagus relaxes enough to allow most of the pills to get through without a problem. It takes a bit of tweaking to find the right amount of spray for how many pills and if a respray is needed but I highly recommend trying this product for anyone suffering with taking medication orally.

**Q: Why has the product packaging changed so dramatically?  This seems suspicious?**
A: Maybe just updated? Product is amazing

**Q: What is this?  Is it something that coats your throat to help it slide down or just flavor to trick your mind?  They need a video better explained**
A: Yes, you spray it in the back of your mouth and it just coats the throat. I got it for my son and ended up returning it. The strawberry pill coat worked wonders for him though! You push your pill through the coating and it’s like swallowing candy. Hope that helps!

**Q: Can you spray this on the pill itself?**
A: never tried to do that, for fear it would disolve the pill. I just spray it on my open mouth/tounge and then take the pill.
