Both of my kids (one baseball, one softball) love using it to work on their swing timing, power, and consistency. I really like the adjustable tension bands and rotating arm — it allows them to get a lot of reps without needing a pitcher or a tee. It’s helped them build confidence and muscle memory. The only thing to note: while the base is sturdy, there is a metal crossbar for the ball. Because we don’t want to risk damaging their expensive bats, we’ve been using an older bat just to be safe.
