This book is beautifully written and organized! Tias is a true, genuine, one of a kind poet of the body, breath, soul, prana, energy- a beautiful guide into our own soma/subtle body simplified into  slowmoving pathways/sequences of movement that nudge us from the noisy mental into quiet, thoughtful whole body awareness.

Fantastic and detailed muat read for anyone wanting to go deeper into the concept of the subtle awareness of yoga and the bodys aubtke energetics. Illistrations are fine; but could have been better and there were a few references to poses with little to no illustrations and/or further referencing which made it a little difficult to follow -  my only negatives
