The one warning...we had to get creative as to how to secure a weighted base. This umbrella has a foot petal which allows you to rotate the umbrella. Great feature....but, because of the pedal, it prevents a sand filled base to sit on top. We ended up using half of a purchased base filled with sand, and we attached the back legs of the base to our deck with two bolts.
