Review: Good quality - This type of pad was recommended to use as a cushion between the RO sander and sandpaper for wet sanding epoxy resin countertops. It worked well, although in fairness, I did not try wet sanding the epoxy without using it. It also worked super well, in conjunction with sand paper, for hand sanding the delicate edges and from now on, I will always use this pad for hand sanding the edges of all of my woodworking projects. When I was done with the epoxy project, the pad was caked in sanding slurry. I rinsed it off, then washed it with warm water and dish soap. The layers did not delaminate, and it looks just like new. I'm sure it will be a long time before I need to make use of the second pad.
