It's really convenient to include "is wearing a name tag on her collar" in emails to the whole neighborhood.I also like having her name tag visible at the dog park. It's come in handy several times when there are multiple dogs her same general size and color there--mine has the big old name tag! And if she were a human she would absolutely be the kid who slides into the room yelling their own name and something like, "Let's get this party started!"So while a few dogs at the dog park have their names on their harnesses in plain white-on-black, we've gone from 'fun color embroidered on black' to 'glittery ink printed on black' and now to these amazingly gorgeous vinyl(?) glitter tags.I used a bit of kitchen parchment and a tea towel when I ironed these onto her collars. I was a little nervous because both collars were synthetic material and I didn't know if they would melt as easily as the glue, but the collars stayed intact, the glue melted to the collars nicely, and so far the patches have held onto the collars for several weeks and at least one roll through the washing machine on delicate.
