My pump motor burned out a couple days outside of the warranty and they sent me a new one with me agreeing to pay the shipping!We love the fountain and have owned one for many years.The only concern I have is they NEW motor only came with a five foot three stranded cord, so I had to purchase an underwater connection kit to connect it properly.thanksBruce
