Designed to minimize physical strain and maximize efficiency, this sack truck is the ultimate tool for heavy lifting without compromise. ## Description Zero Hand Trucks - Zero Pro Hand TruckThe Zero Pro Hand Truck is a heavy duty sack truck with a weight capacity of 300kg designed for constant daily use in warehouses, factories, delivery trucks etc. This truck is ideal for frequently transporting large and heavy goods as the patented pivot system, patent number PCT/GB2018/050925, works to greatly reduce the strain on the user, significantly decreasing the risk of injury. The frame is made from thick 32mm steel and heavy duty components so you can be sure that it doesn’t stop working until you do.The tyres are made from a polyether compound which means they are airless, puncture proof, non-marking and have a higher resistance to deformation under weight than that of rubber and PU wheels. The wheels have full length roller bearings instead of ball bearings so the weight can be spread over a larger area, combined with the spring loaded axle, which helps absorb shocks from rough terrain and stair climbing, makes travel smoother and easier for the user. All these features work together to make the strain from lifting and transporting heavy goods as little as possible, protecting you from injury.Specifications - Patented pivot system that reduces the weight of the load to near zero by transferring the weight over the axle before you do any lifting - Puncture proof and non-marking tyres made from a solid polyether compound, which deforms less under weight, outperforming rubber or PU tyres - Roller bearings that spread the weight of the load over a greater area, making transportation of heavy loads smoother than that of traditional ball bearings - Heavy duty rugged design - Multi-position handgrip so that you can choose where is best for you - Item Weight: 16kg* - Item Dimensions: 1300 x 410 x 540 (mm)* - Shipping Dimensions: 1300 x 410 x 280 (mm)* - Colour: Orange *These values are approximate and may vary slightly. ## Features - NEW GENERATION OF SACK TRUCKS, WITH ZERO LIFT TECHNOLOGY - CAN LIFT UP TO 300KG OF WEIGHT, WITH LITTLE TO NO EFFORT - EQUIPPED WITH PUNCTURE PROOF TYRES, NOT STANDARD RUBBER TYRES - For any further information please contact our UK customer helpline on 0191 2966966 ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Manufacturer | Zero Hand Truck | | Part number | PRO | | Item Weight | 16 kg | | Item Weight | 16 kg | | Manufacturer reference | PRO | | Colour | Orange | | Style | Modern | | Material | Alloy Steel | | Batteries included? | No | | Batteries Required? | No | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Zero Hand Truck - **Material:** Alloy Steel - **Colour:** Orange - **Item weight:** 16 Kilograms - **Style:** Modern ## Images ![PROFESSIONAL MOVER HAND SACK TRUCK HEAVY DUTY TROLLEY 300KG LIFT DOLLY - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61Mj57WGlhL.jpg) ![PROFESSIONAL MOVER HAND SACK TRUCK HEAVY DUTY TROLLEY 300KG LIFT DOLLY - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51V+V4GTHCL.jpg) ![PROFESSIONAL MOVER HAND SACK TRUCK HEAVY DUTY TROLLEY 300KG LIFT DOLLY - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51xutw4DqFL.jpg) ![PROFESSIONAL MOVER HAND SACK TRUCK HEAVY DUTY TROLLEY 300KG LIFT DOLLY - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61+1Qy3JxjL.jpg) ![PROFESSIONAL MOVER HAND SACK TRUCK HEAVY DUTY TROLLEY 300KG LIFT DOLLY - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61rCAckqFvL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Useless springs *by R***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 July 2020* I’ve been moving large granite blocks on an almost daily basis since receiving this unit, the largest being a 3 metre lintel, it’s certainly sturdy APART from the springs - they may have been incorporated to provide a form of suspension but were too easily compressed and β€œescaped” from their mountings, the barrow is equally effective without them tho they may have contributed to the initial cost ' ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Heavy duty *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 March 2020* Very robustly built and does not seem to have the weak points of some other sack trucks. The spring system seems to work OK but makes the trolley wallow a bit with light loads. Good value. ### ⭐ Item not stable and drops loads *by A***K on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 December 2019* I had high hopes for this trolley - but sadly real life use has failed to meet my expectations. What can I say? It looks good and the wheels are efficient. But thats where it ends. When loading goods (2 or 3 boxes), I have found it leans to one side or the other - as the wheels are on a suspension, presumably to help with lifting. This has meant that I have dropped boxes and possibly caused damage to items as a result. Not impressed!Tried to get it returned, but told that the return delivery cost is on me AND that they reserve the right to reduce the refund if the item has been used.Ive tried calling them - but they keep promising to call back but never do.Be warned. Stay clear of this item. it is "NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE".I will be registering a complaint to Amazon. Lets see what happens. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/144298460-professional-mover-hand-sack-truck-heavy-duty-trolley-300kg-lift](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/144298460-professional-mover-hand-sack-truck-heavy-duty-trolley-300kg-lift) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-11-01*
