And only had it for maybe a week if that. The transmitter would only show a red light wouldnt turn on or off (even tho it was on charge all night) I email the company and they said they would fix it. Then my collars wouldnt work. The one wont turn on at all even tho it's been charged (it shows that its fully charged) and the other one just beeps. I emailed the company again and told them I wanted a new system or a refund. All I got was, "we replace for you". I asked how long it would take to get the replacement. I still havent heard from them and it's been about another week! At this point I just want my money return and I'll look for a new fence else where. It did work, and kept my two stubborn dogs in the yard, dont get me wrong. But only for a week. =/ ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ For the most part a good unit *by J***E on Reviewed in the United States on November 12, 2019* We purchased this unit for our puppies about a month ago. For the most part it is a good unit. My puppies obey the beeps that it gives. It has really helped with them staying close to us and not wandering to far. The only down fall that I see to this product is that when the unit battery dies the collars will shock the puppy until the collar is shut off. This happened for the first time today. My poor puppies were running around screaming. I had to coax them over to me and shut the collars off. Now my puppies are laying on their bed shaking.So please make sure that the unit has a full charge in it before putting the collar on your fur baby. I did not realize that the battery was low.
